Position – Digital Marketing Expert
No Of Position - 5
Location - Surat, Gujarat, India.
Experience - 1 to 4 years

We are looking for someone who is equally confident at both the creative and the analytic
side of marketing. You will be a key contributor to the commercial success of the business
and proactively support in the management of our digital marketing function.
The successful candidate needs to be, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, analytical thinker with a
core knowledge of social media, Google Ads, SEO experience. An individual with a 'can-do'
attitude and be able to step up to the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment with
accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities:
• Should have knowledge of website platforms SEO, SME- Social Media Expert.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing best practices across websites, landing pages, social
media, email, mobile, banner ads, online video, paid search, SEO, etc.
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with
consumers
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (WEBSITE.)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase
company and brand awareness
• Strong hold on creating & implementing Search, Shopping, Video, and App Install
campaigns and build data-driven strategies to deliver consistent growth
• Core understanding of conversions tracking and attribution modelling including
pixel/tags creations, conversion setting, look back window, and custom variables
• Execute tests, collect, and analyse data and results, and identify trends and insights to
achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
• Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile
discrepancies. Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Good command over Google analytics, search, ad campaigns & optimizations.
• Expert in Google search, shopping, discovery, Microsoft search, YouTube, and app
install campaign
• Experience working with scripts, automation solutions, and various ad personalization
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
• Optimize targeting according to changing search trends & handle client escalations.
• Detailed understanding of marketing concepts & brand communications.
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics
tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)

Position Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with Digital Marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google PPC, and Google Analytics
• Developing & implementing comprehensive DM strategy in line with brand plans &
business priorities-Maintain & monitor company’s presence on social media, launch
campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an ability to juggle
simultaneous projects with deadlines.
• Lead Generation, Paid Marketing, Google Ads, Application Install Re-targeting,
Business Planning
• Customer Service Experience.
• Strong Time Management Qualities.
