Job Summary
A Management Consultant will be assigned Consulting Assignments which Aims to solve
the Complex Business Problems of the Clients in the field of Sales and Business
Development.
Roles and Responsibility:
 Understanding the Challenges of Client in the area of Sales – Business Growth.
 Designing the Business Growth Strategy.
 Implementation of Business Growth Strategy at Client location.
 Solving the Complex Business Problems.
 Dealing with Client and team of client to achieve the desired results.
 Driving the Project to maintain Client Satisfaction & Achieve Success for Client.
 Learn the products and services offered by the clients, including the sales terms (e.g.
special features, return and warranty policies)
 helping clients in Setting targets for the sales department, Collaborate with the
marketing department to prepare common strategies, Monitor sales numbers and
marketing metrics.
 Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates
 Analyze market trend
