Job Description



We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Textiles industry and should be a Graduate.

The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Executive will be to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product information. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be offered an annual salary of between ₹180000 and ₹216000, depending on experience. The working hours will be 10am-7pm. Additional job benefits will be provided as per company norms.
