Job Description

Position: Construction Site Store Keeper
Experience: 2 to 3 years Real estate experience desirable.
Salary: 15K to 20 K
Qualification: Any Graduate
Knowledge Require: SAP, MS Office
Location: Surat
Knowledge of all Construction related Material must.
Local Candidate desirable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Keep Track of PR generated
 Track Material Delivery dates and do the follow up with vendors for the same as per
guideline from PM
 Collect information from Purchase Dept. about actual Material Delivery schedules and
ensure proper arrangement for storage of incoming material
 Receive materials and match it with PO in terms of quantity, rate and first check on quality
 Entry in Stock Register and SAP about inward materials - MIGO entry and entry on bills
and forward to Account Dept.
 Keeping all store records properly like invoice from suppliers
 Transfer Goods in SAP
 Issue of Materials to contractors as per request and entry for the same in SAP
 Keep Track of Material Rejected and entry for the same in SAP and intimate the same to
Purchase Dept.
 Ensure that material is stored at proper place and arranged properly
 Stock audit on monthly basis and match actual stock against stock as per records - Stock
Register Record Vs SAP Records Vs Physical Stock
 Stock Management & timely report to PM on deficiencies
 Audit for Wastage of Issued Material at site Store related House Keeping Entry
accurately and on time in SAP related to Stock Management on Monthly Basis, before
month closing
