Key responsibilities

1. Able to control the Operations of 10 to 12 lakhs mtrs per month from weaving to end product of composite unit.
2. Effective Utilization of plant & machineries, Budget, PPC, Utilities, Quality, Handled Manufacturing of Textile plant per day capacity & Utilities
3. To Establish the Quality and to achieve Profitability of operation through Production planning and Cost control and reduction.
4. To Set the MIS and Commercial Department along with PPC [Production Planing and Control] for analyzing, monitoring and controlling all achievement as per requirement of Management.
5. To ensure Customer's satisfaction through quality improvement and timely delivery, departmental administration.
6. To ensure growth and development of staff member and workmen through training, introduction of different quality standard and system, liaison with marketing.
7. Candidate from textile mill industry.
8. Good knowledge of Processing, weaving, dyeing, printing, sourcing, Fibers, Dyes, Fabrics, Garments & machineries.
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
11. Age not be more than 45-48 years
12. Salary range :- 30000 to 55000
13. Office time :- 10 to 8
