Center managers have excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills, with a drive to meet business goals and a strong understanding of customer service.
Roles:
Role-1)Overall management of center and business development activities.(campaigns, advertisement)
Role-2) Visiting engineering colleges and doing presentation on training courses provided.(Pan India travelling)
Role-3) Able to train and supervise staff
Role-4) Maintaining policies & procedures
Role-5) Support to all other departments with and related issues
Direct the development of plans for the center to include management to achieve targets
Maintain and improve mechanisms for center activities, including surveying and measuring the operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities
Salary: 30-35K
