Job Timing- 9AM to 6PM
Job Location- Surat.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Branch setup, Branch handling, Create team, manage team, Identify and generate prospect leads, Maintain relation with existing clients, client meeting.
1. Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities.
2. Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
3. Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively,
eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
4. Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
5. Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
6. Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed.
