Job Description

Develop, lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to current and prospective clients (mostly hospitals, clinics and government)
Can be able to work from Home initially till office is ready (8pm - 6 am)
MUST be Super Fluent in English with at least 5+ year experience in the field of marketing, business development, working in BPO and RPO
Must be punctual on time and respond to client
Will develop, build and work with team- all data entry personnel, recruiters and sales associates
Work with our marketing and recruitment team
Cold calling to current and prospective clients and marketing service
Track record of success making a large number of outbound calls within one work day along with multi tasking, aimed at bringing in more business for the company
Ability to call both prospective and existing customers to provide them with deep insight about the company’s services
Able to respond appropriately to questions and queries posed by potential and existing customers
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
Educations- Masters Preferred- MBA in Marketing/Sales/HR etc
