Resolving issues.
Business R&D on daily basis.
Reporting of all heads.
Report generation of benefits and loses.
Taking feedbacks from the clients and generate analysis report.
Future planning and product planning.
Take proper confirmation on work orders, planning and design.
Mailing receipts to clients, taking follow ups, filing, email correspondence.
Should handle the cash flow and follow up on pending payments.
ERP management with the software team if any issues occur.
Documentation.
