Job Description
Business Development | In-house sales
• Ensure lead conversion through tele calling.on leads generated through Social media,google leads etc from assigned team of executives.
• Ensure and manage daily calling target.
• Share company and products details on whatsapp to prospects and generate sales.
• Admin and backend work management of Interior team
• Co-ordinate with immediate senior for issues/queries.
• Achieve lead conversion target through reference, Cold calling or Telecalling activities on lost sale data, walk-in’s prospects& post client visit follow ups.
• Develop and maintain Strong customer follows up process.
• Actively participation in sales meeting and sales training as and when scheduled by the company / Immediate seniors.
• Ensure best in class customer service and relationship enhancement as per company policy.
• Follow and maintain reporting structure as per company policy and adhere to it.
• Follow instructions of seniors/Management and carry out activity as and when asked for.
