Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Website Manager (own) to join our team in Pandesara, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 year of experience in the Textile / Garments industry.

The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform, including product listings, customer service, order fulfillment, and website maintenance. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on our own website


• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner

• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Monitor website performance and make necessary updates
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
