Job Description

We are seeking a Travel Consultant to join our team at our office located on Dumas Road in Surat. As a Travel Consultant, your main responsibility will be to handle backend queries and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate should have experience in using Amadeus software and be able to handle ticketing efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals. You will also be responsible for resolving any customer issues or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide recommendations and suggestions to customers to enhance their travel experience. This position offers a competitive salary range of INR 360,000 to INR 420,000 per year, depending on experience.
