Roles and Responsibilities:
• Research for new designs through sources to meet the market's demand
• Discuss, understand and interpret the needs, ideas and requirements of their customers accurately.
• Developing the sketch with Specifications Mentioned
• Finalizing the Sketch along with Artist
• Providing the design to the punchers
• Finalizing concept & pick from top Management.
• Getting work done from the sub-ordinates and generating reports of them.
• Conducting weekly meeting with team and Top management regarding progress made in previous week and upcoming work for week.
