Job Description

* Designation: Tender / Estimation Engineer
* Roles and Responsibility:
- Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
- Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process
- Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts, and Transaction Procurement Specialists to provide contractual and compliance advice
- Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third party contracts
- Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements
- Candidate should capable to deal new project also manage the project
- Design a project and present the project properly
- candidate should Search and prepare Tenders.
- Generate leads and get the order.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating technique
- Use of judgment and initiative necessary to identify priorities, solve problems, meet schedule, adapt to change and choose the most efficient ways to do the work.
- Track proposal status and follow-up with customers.

* SUMMARY OF SKILLS​
- Experience of working in a bid team previously (the degree of experience you require will be reflected in the salary and the ideal candidate will expect and will impact the ‘level’ of candidate you attract)
- Excellent communicator
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
