Handling In and Out Bound calls

Preparing Report on visits and call tracks on daily basis, and send Daily report to my Reporting Official.
Call on the data provided by the company to promote the Resort.
Regular follow-up and fix the appointments.
Regular e-mailing /mailing to the potential customers.
Back office support to the sales and marketing staff.
