Job Description

Handling In and Out Bound calls
Responding to queries of Customers and give timely support when requested.
Coordinating with sales team in generating leads.
Fixing the appointments as per the convenience of the customer.
Following up the customer as per the data time to time and fixing more visits on weekends.
Preparing Report on visits and call tracks on daily basis, and send Daily report to my Reporting Official.
Call on the data provided by the company to promote the Resort.
Regular follow-up and fix the appointments.
Regular e-mailing /mailing to the potential customers.
Back office support to the sales and marketing staff.
