Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at our Yogi Chowk location in Surat. As a member of our team, your main responsibility will be to answer phone calls and provide detailed information about the products and services offered by our company. You will also be responsible for contacting both existing and potential customers using pre-scripted messages.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively explain complex information in a clear and concise manner. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.
