Job Description
Identify the need and Manage resource and equipment requirements
of the Technical Department.
● · Developing and formatting new procedures, formats for efficient
working of the department.
● · Identify problems in software installation & in execution very quickly
and effective troubleshooting of the same.
● · Assist/guide our clients for complete and Satisfactory Technical
Support
● · Develop new procedures /amend old procedures and ensure smooth
functioning of our technical department.
● · Conduct technical interviews, support in hiring new technical staff and
train new technical support
● · Report progress, including any changes made to plans and procedures
to concern persons.
● · Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements
● · Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of job
