We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team in the NSTM market area near Sardar Market in Surat. As a member of our sales and business development team, your primary responsibilities will include team handling, monitoring and evaluation, and supervising and motivating team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales and service goals. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase sales conversions. Collaboration and reporting will be key aspects of this role, as you will work closely with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of sales initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sales or business development, as well as a strong understanding of customer engagement strategies. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of INR 2,40,000 to INR 3,60,000.
