Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Textile / Garments team in Hijiwala, Sachin, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a Graduate degree.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Textile / Garments team, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Supervisor will also be responsible for training and developing team members, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position offers a salary of between ₹240000 and ₹360000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 9am-7pm. Additional benefits are as per company norms.
