Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Textiles team in Bhatena, Surat. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and should be able to work 10am-8pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Textiles team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. They will also be responsible for training and developing team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed.

The successful candidate should have a 12th pass and should have excellent communication and organizational skills. They should also be able to work independently and be able to handle multiple tasks at once.

The salary for this position is between ₹200000 and ₹300000 per annum, depending on experience. Other job benefits will be as per company norms.
