You will report directly to the HR department and senior management, providing regular updates on team performance and progress. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating individual performance and providing constructive feedback, as well as identifying and applying career advancement opportunities for team members. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of INR 180,000 to INR 264,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
