Support Store operations teams in exceeding sales and profit goals and ensures consistent financial success for stores in assigned area
Regularly reviews financial performance with each Department Manager to identify and document opportunities for improvement
Provide input for department specific financial projections
Conduct regular and frequent store visits; provides coverage for other departments within district as needed
Coach and develop highly effective “Team Sales” store/department teams in the following areas:
Gather and report on Competitive information
Identifies non-compliance cause and effect.
Knowledge of proper ordering techniques & philosophy
Maintain backroom/preparation area standards
Proper selling, services, merchandising, etc. techniques
