Job Description

1. JOB PURPOSE:
 To monitor,control and maintain store items
2. ROLL AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Stock counting of store material in system.
 Maintain and control minimum stock quantity.
 Prepare requisition of store material and issue to purchase department.
 Maintain Record of Inward and Outward of store items.
 Storage of items as per defined location.
 Ensure quality and quantity of incoming material.
 Suppression of rejected material and Removal of scrap monthly.
 GRN, Challan and Invoice need to be attach with cheque. Without GRN, challan will not be
accepted.
3. AUTHORITIES :
 Maintain store and minimum quantity of materials.
4. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: General Manager, Account, purchase manager.
External: Suppliers and venders.
5. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB
Education: Minimum 12 pass
Experience: Minimum 2 year.
Skills: Good knowledge about store
Store management skills
Computer knowledge.
Good communication.
K.R.A. 1. Minimum stock availability.
2. Organized store environment.
3. Subassembly availability.
4. Timely delivery of spare.
5. Reporting.
6. Experience: 2 to 3 years of machine industries
7. Salary range: 15 to 20K
8. Timing: 10 to 7 pm once confirm with Owner
