Job Description
Maintains receiving, store, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and SOPs, administering stock control
Go-down In charge is responsible for getting embroidering and finishing customized orders of fabrics. Review fabric & embroidery quality to verify custom orders are complete, pack & dispatch according to customer’s specifications
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts & checking fabric; reconciling with data storage system.
Maintains physical condition of go-down by planning design wise & able to handle
inspection of fabric as per Sales requirement, ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met
Package and prepare embroidery fabric items for storing, pickup, delivery & dispatch with attention to quality
Completes Go-down operational requirements by scheduling and assigning work to employees; following up on work results as per check list.
Maintains Go-down employees by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintain a systematic ,clean and organized go-down work place Qualifications & Experience
Graduate from any discipline
3-6 years’ work experience with embroidery garment organisation
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn & operate IT software
