Store Executive -

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Compile and maintain records of quantity and type of all inventory
2. Enter and monitor POs and Invoices and verify for accuracy
3. Coordinate the receiving and accounting inventory for the products
4. Monitor incoming and outgoing shipment for proper count of inventory
5. Work closely with Finance team to complete audit of Inventory on regular basis
6. Work with Accounting Personnel to data entry of receivables and payables to proper customer/jobs, bank deposits, expense reports
7. Accurate entry of daily shipping and receiving information.
8. Entry of equipment maintenance information into data base
9. Bi-monthly reporting to determine accuracy of data entry
10. All work allotted by superior / higher authority
11. Client Invoice & Other Documents Proper Verify before custom process
12. Import Material Pick Up Process (As per format sheet ready & Mail for make AWB)
13. AWB verify and send to client
14. Shipment Tracking
15. Import Checklist Check & Approval Mail
16. PTP Letter Ready (If Required)
17. Material Clarification Letter Ready (If Required)
18. Send any other Documents (If Required)

QUALIFICATION:
Any Graduate

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Knowledge of computers, MS Office
1 – 2 yrs experience ( Fresher Can Apply - B.com ) , any industry, auto auxiliary, store executive
Good communication skill

SALARY RANGE:
Rs.15,000/- to Rs.18,000/- (20,000 max)
Ex- 1 to 2 years (Freshers can also apply )
