Job Description

Designation: Sr. Trainer (Female Preferred)

Experience:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the development sector, particularly
with women’s groups and collective enterprises

Qualification:
Any Bachelor or equivalent Degree from recognized university

Skills:
● Strong Oral, Written and interpersonal communication skills
● Fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
● Knowledge of MIS & MS Office
● Willingness to travel to field locations.
● Specialized in Skill Development / Capacity Building Profile


Responsibilities:
● Conducting Online and Offline Training whenever required.
● Coordination for Training related activities with Internal and external
Stakeholders
● Preparing Modules, Coordinating on Material, Test Papers, Forms etc
related to training
● Report / Case Study Writing of executed training in Gujarati and
English.
● Translation of Case study and communicating with the trainee on call
for the same

Note : ● Candidate from Gujarat (Familiar with state) will be preferred
