Job Description
Designation: Sr. Manager Craft / Sr. Coordinator Craft
Experience:
● Minimum 5 to 7 years
● Worked with Women Groups, such as SHGs, Federations, FPOs, Government Projects and Cooperatives
Qualification:
MBA (any background, experience in craft/ collective enterprises will be a plus)
Skills:
● Should be fluent in English, Hindi, Gujaratiunderstanding-Reading Writing
● Team management
● Communication with funders & govt. agencies.
● MS Office
● Result oriented
● Leadership
● Knowledge of MIS
Responsibilities:
● Will have to manage the team
