We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Manage and grow social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and engaging with followers.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and implement new strategies as appropriate.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Manage communication with agencies for paid social media campaigns on various platforms, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization.

Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics.
• Passionate about social media and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
