Job Description

Responsibility for hands-on interaction with social media presences (facebook, twitter etc)
Use of a toolkit to measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns etc
Close liaison with other parts of the organization to ensure aligned marketing and online marketing strategy is being delivered
Respond and react to changes in social networks – functionality, etiquette, reporting etc
Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc
Utilise great web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online, help people, stimulate discussions, encourage debate etc ‘Think on your feet’ real-time content writing, online discussion, interactions etc. Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing
Work closely with the website development team and corporate communications
Enthusiasm with responsibility
Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
