Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Site management:
- Preparation of BOM for civil work and BBS for structural elements, comparing with BOQ if any deviation
shall be brought to attention of director.
- Site supervision/execution, checking and assuring that the construction work is as per the project
technical specifications and drawings.
- Conversant with architect and structural Drawings.
- Co-ordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work.
- Inspecting and Testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and
ensuring removal of rejected material from the site.
- Monitoring daily progress of site.
- Preparing running account bills.
- Preparing Weekly and Monthly progress reports to be submitted to the Project Director and
Consultants.
- Ensuring that all work is done without the wastage of material.
Strengths:

- Self-Motivated.
- Developed specification control drawings.
Software Skills with good Experience:
- AUTOCAD.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum graduate – Civil Engineer/Diploma Civil Engineer with Experience.
- Gujarati & English command
- Good command on Excel, word

- Internet and Emailing ability
