Job Description

Minimum Experience- 7-8 years

We are opening India’s Largest Laminate (Hardware) Showroom in Surat.

• Manage the daily operations of the store.
• Handling Team of 20 Sales Team member.
• Managing sales and sales targets, expenses, profits, assets and budget of the store which is given to him
• Manage all aspects of the showroom to ensure high standards in the layout, merchandise display, housekeeping, advertising, sales promotions and product information to convey the desired image the Company.
• Supervises employees engaged in sales work, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records, or preparing daily record of transactions, or performs work of subordinates
• Monitor sales process (aspects such as initial customer contact and reception, clarification of need, identification of prospect, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of sale and quality of sales documentation) to ensure quality in the entire process.
• Ensuring all customers are receiving a high level of customer service consistent with the brand.
• Interact regularly with the existing as well as prospective customer to establish healthy and profitable relationships and also to find out their present and future demand to be able to meet them in time.
• To follow up with maintenance in making sure that the customers goods has been delivered and installed on time properly plus to make sure that the maintenance has completed the requested work with a complete customer satisfaction
• Looking after the Operational Duties of Showroom
• To follow up meetings and getting updated with the warehouse new incoming and outgoing goods, and to be aware of the availability of all the new goods in coordinating with the purchase processing.
• To make the procedure requirement and new good demands for the store, and visit other competitor stores in the market.
• Setting up meetings with other departments such as warehouse, maintenance and the purchase processing in giving the required goods.
• Give the required guidance and solve any issue related to the store or its operations.
• Driving team performance.
• Responsible about staff training in coordination
