Job Description
Support new hires during OJT and GO-live
Provide refresher and remedial training for existing employees
Maintain trainee data and information
Generate training reports from time to time
Create/Customize training content for delivery
Provide feedback and coaching to analysts on the floor
Analyze training needs for employees working for the account.
Good Hands on system & applications expertise for customer service, Retention, Chat process would be preferred
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
