Detail
1. Daily Sales Verification
2. Purchase bill verification
3. Journal voucher (expense) verification
4. Development and manage budget
5. Cash expense verification
6. Credit note & Cash discount verification
7. Scheme & discount daily
8. Work as per SOP
9. Any work assigned by Management

Preparation data for:
1. GST Return preparation, verification and timely submission of data.
2. TDS – Deduction and Timely Payment, Submission of Form 16A and Claiming Refund
3. Bank interest verification for CC, TL
4. Debtors statement preparation –Nutan Nagarik
5. Scheme & Discount verification & Provisions
6. Monthly MIS and Development of MIS Report
7. Other expenses provision
8. Bank CC enhancement yearly & verification (Yearly)
9. Other statutory compliances if any
10. Expense provision monthly.
11. Resolving the query of Internal Audit.
12. Monitoring the accounts transactions.
13. Maintenance of important Documents/files of company.
14. Statutory audit support and query solutions
15. Verification of Calculation of Advance Tax and payment for the same.
16. Verification of data for filling ROC forms & timely the same.
17. Verification of all ROC form applicable timely.
18. Support to other staff member

Exp: 2-4 Yrs
Salary Range: 25- 30K
Office Time: 10 -7 PM
