We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR professional to join our team in Palsana, Surat. As a member of our HR department, you will be responsible for various HR functions and ensuring the smooth running of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong educational background, preferably a graduate degree.

Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to employees and managers. This is a full-time position with working hours from 9:45am to 7pm. The salary for this position ranges from 360,000 to 480,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
