Job Description

Maintaining all activity of account department
Receiving, Managing Bills, Analysis of outstanding amount from clients, report generation to top management, Account finalization with Top management
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for financial accounting that will impact across the organization
Monitor and support taxation issues
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
Coordinating with CA and government officer
Purchase bill clearance
Balance sheet preparation
Accountant is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze
financial information
