Job Description

Maintain inward and outward of goods
Maintain the documents of the whole office
Complete all the bank transactions
Bank reconciliation and outstanding party wise and mail to the party.
Maintain profit and loss account weekly
Must know GST with E waybill
He should audit the company accounts and report to CA in every 15 days
Maintain Assets and stock, pay EMI, Cash Credit (C.C)
Must know about Income tax
Must know about finalization
Look after incoming and outgoing couriers
Timings from Mon to Fri - 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and
Assist the accounting manager in preparing documents and interpreting complicated financial information for managers, executives, and C-Suite executives
