We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales/Business Development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, deal closing, and client co-ordination in the Heavy Machinery industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Close deals by effectively presenting the benefits and features of our products and services to potential clients.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements:
- A graduate degree in any field is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the Heavy Machinery industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
