Job Description

Establish quality policies and practices
Establish continuous improvement strategies
New and existing product manufacturing inspections at vendors using current assembly instruction and product/packaging standards
Prepare post inspection reports for all facility visits for line trials/first production
Quality metrics and analytics from manufacturers
Provide regular updates/reports on various projects to leadership
Provide support for all new launches for on- site pilot/line trial runs & feedback to appropriate teams at Thrive
Review all incoming inspections on components & provide approvals or rejection notices, and expected CAPA reports returned by supplier.
Will provide on-site support on existing and new launch items as required by normal production cadence of business needs.
