Job Description
Quality Control Manager:
➢ Leads the development implementation and improvement of the appropriate
quality management system throughout the operation providing quality
leadership and support.
➢ Audits, third party assessments, certifications review and reporting to
management.
➢ Preparation of SOP (including raw material), QMS documents (ISO 9001),
handling of customer complaints. Quality inspection of finished goods.
➢ Solves the problem using systematic analysis process, standard methodologies,
data base solutions, identifies the systematic root cause and recommended
actions to prevent problem recurrence.
➢ Communicates effectively that convey clear understanding.
➢ Supervising the production and quality checks and working on continual
improvement.
