Job Description
PRIOR EXPERIENCE EXPECTED IN:
- Estimation Works of Real Estate and Industrial Projects
- Planning of Real estate projects
- Experience in Tender is preferable
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Function:
- Preparation of Project Estimation Report
- Preparation of Master Construction Schedule
- Preparation of Various costing reports
- Updating of Baseline schedule
- Rate Analysis
- Data Management
- Progress Reports
Strengths:
- Excellent Leadership and Management skills.
- Ability to work hard and handle crisis situation and face challenges.
- Capable of working independently and in a team.
- Self-Motivated.
Software Skills with good Experience:
- AUTOCAD
- MSP / Primevera P6
- MS Excel (very imp)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum graduate – Civil Engineer with Experience, Post-Graduation in Construction Management preferable
- Software (MSP / P6) Certification course
- Gujarati & English command
- Good command on Excel, word
