We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Payment Follow-up Coordinator. Located in Parvat Patiya, Surat, this position will require you to coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment collections, as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a minimum salary of 1,80,000 and a maximum salary of 2,40,000.

As a Payment Follow-up Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include contacting clients to remind them of outstanding payments, resolving any billing issues or disputes, and updating payment records. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in our database. Additionally, you will work closely with our accounts team to ensure all payments are processed in a timely manner.
