Overall Job Purpose
To provide confidential support to the CEO by providing a full secretarial an administrative service. Ensuring that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities:-
1. Act as a first point of contact for the CEO: deal with correspondence and phone calls
2. Manage CEO diaries and organising his meetings and appointments
3. Book and arrange CEO’s travel, transport and accommodation
4. Reminding the CEO and Executive Group of important tasks and deadlines
5. Manage CEO’s databases and filing system
6. To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the CEO by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided
7. To do all of work assign by CEO and higher Authorities

Requirement:-
1. Excellent oral and written communication, with attentive listening abilities
2. Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
3. Willingness to carry out administrative tasks
4. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
5. Attention to detail and problem solving skills
6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive approach to finding and proposing solutions to challenges
7. Proven ability to multi-task and keep track of several projects running in parallel
