We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Operations Associate. Based in Saroli, Surat, you will be responsible for handling all operational aspects of our E-commerce business. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10am to 7pm.

As an E-commerce Operations Associate, your main responsibilities will include managing and coordinating all aspects of the E-commerce operations, ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, inventory management, and timely delivery. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with various teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any complaints.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the IT Software - E-commerce industry. A strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for success in this role. A degree in any field is required, and familiarity with E-commerce platforms and software will be considered a plus.
