Job Description

Order management & acceptance from multiple marketplaces + in house website
Will handle and manage vendor panels on Amazon, Flipkart, Zotezo, Shopclues etc.
Following up with orders, through calls, emails, other social media tools
Customer service, answer customer queries for purchase, returns, other product related questions
Liaising with internal departments, internal teams & warehouse
Liaising with vendors, for delivery & dispatches, logistics partner, printers and any other associated parties that need assistance with.
Expert communication skills, both verbal as well as written
Creative with a strategic mind set
Flexible to changing conditions and possessing high level of integrity
Professional attitude with clients as well as colleagues
Expert knowledge of various business principles such as marketing strategy, financial analysis, and supply chain oversight
