• Handle all Inquiries and close it.
• Visit planning
• Daily follow up on calls for small closing and payment
• Maintain data of Upcoming requirements of every potential clients
• Customer handling and solve queries of them
• Price Negotiation with the customers
• Finalize payment terms with the customers.
• Get clarification from the production department on the lead time for the order completion.
• Follow Sales SOP
• Improve closing Ratio.
• To update MANAGER with the customer queries, complaints and develop system to solve it.
• To maintain Relation with customer.
• Submit reports of calls and visit daily before 8:00 pm
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Monthly twice review meeting at HO
• Visit once minimum in 15 days to all potential clients
• Collect payment on time and every time
• Reporting to SALES MANAGER
• Communication should be very powerful
• Objection handling strategies and dialogues should be there
• Good listener
• Negations, Convincing and Closing skills should be very powerfull
