Handles all company related legal issues, including transfers of titles and deeds, mortgage concerns, and zoning. Provides legal advice to an organization, prepares resolutions and forms, and participates in major legal actions. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Should have minimum 10 years of experience in property law.
Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions.
Draft routine leases and amendments.
Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
Defend the municipal code litigation.
Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.
Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions as well as rent agreements.

Salary Range - from 50,000 to 80,000 per month
