|Responsibilities||Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.|
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER:
• Develop trust relationships with major vendors to ensure they do not turn to competition.
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key vendor needs and requirements.
• Expand the relationships with existing vendors by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Keep record of order issues and workable solution provided.
• Serve as the link of communication between key vendors and internal teams.
• Provide assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
• Liaise with different shipping partners & internal account managers to develop specific support strategies.
• Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
• Suggest improvements.
• Helping via ticket, mail and calls to Vendors and customers and provide best support to sales team for Retention of vendors who get associated with Selloship Services.
Salary : 10 k - 15 k
