Job Description of Account Executive:

Carrying on Day to day work in relation to Accounting of Transactions like purchase, sales
Handling of taxation
Journal entries for various expenses, Billing-invoicing, Purchase Order
Solving the Vendor & Payment related queries
Reconciliation of Transactions including Bank, Cash, Vendor & Supplier
Depreciation Calculation
Handling of Petty Cash
Maintaining of Fix assets register
Dealing of Statutory Compliance Employee PF, ESIC, GST
Handling Stock in and stock out
Budget & Costing reports
Maintenance of internal office.
Timing : 10 to 7
