Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify the potential market and customer segment for services offered by
company.
• Virtually explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Researching, generating and qualifying new leads through online portals.
• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through phone calls, social media
(especially LinkedIn) and email.
• Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and
specifications.
• Onboarding channel sales partners and getting reference leads through them.
• Following up on sales inquiries that are coming from social media and Lead
generation platforms like Justdial, India Mart, Sulekha, etc. through website chats,
emails, and inbound calls.
• Preparation and submission of quotation as per the requirement of client
• Virtually negotiate with prospective clients/leads and close the deals.
• Maintaining relations with the existing customers while taking follow-ups.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
• Having target-oriented approach and willing to achieve the Sales target under
any circumstances
