Job brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us
expand our clientele base. You will be the leading person in business development for
industrial gases division into our company and should have the dedication to create and apply
an effective sales strategy’s. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through
boosting current sales, adding new sustainable clients, corporates tie-up with win-win
situation and forging strong relationships with them (clients.)
Business Development responsibilities include discovering, adding new sustainable clients,
corporates tie-up into win-win situation, implementing effective sales strategy’s and pursuing
new sales prospects, negotiating deals, maintaining customer satisfaction also take
testimonials for future prospects. Should have excellent communication skills (English) and
feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our products & services
through email, cold call and phone. (Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business
expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.) More over
should be from same industry or relevant one who can understand our product line and

Responsibilities
 Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
 Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs of service
 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social
Media etc.
(Cold calling on regular bases to enhance potential clients to grow international
market.)
 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
(find out way to their concerns to close sales prospects)
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
 Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
 Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal
teams/management.
 Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
 Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
 Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and
guidelines(under management guidelines only)
 Increase the value of current customer while attracting new ones.
 Developing goals for the development team & business growth & ensuring they are
met.
 Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
 Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
 Negotiating with stakeholders
 Able to solve problem, issue or query and diagnostic in the technical matters with
clients.
 Overall procurement/ warehousing management and outsourcing from vendors/
managed and prepare shipping documentation and custom declaration.
 Develop and maintain Business networks to ensure business continuity needs are
meet.
 Plan and direct manage all procurement forecasting and logistics distribution day to
day operation.
 Office work (to make invoices/ Cash management/make inventory and tracking /make
MSDS/make PPT/ Annual report/ risk management docs/ Business plan and model
analysis and execution/ make contract/prepare SOP).
 Lead the equipment and machinery maintaineces schedule and do the operation
timely.
 Compliance with safety law and regulation regarding transportation including hazard
materials.
 10. Maintaining good relationship with inner department and staff.
 Due Diligence process with clients.
 To be able to perform multitasking, overtime and night works.
 Great Leadership & problem solving skill to resolve any dispute raised by customer/
vendors in a timely manner.
 Evaluates new products, equipment and technology, researches in products and
equipment for business expansion.
 16. Proactive and willingness to accept responsibilities positively.
Requirements
 Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager, or a relevant
role
 Should be from Industrial Gases back ground
 Proven sales track record
 Proficiency in English
 Market knowledge
 Communication and negotiation skills
 Ability to manage complex project & multi-task.
 Time management and planning skills
 Mechanical or Chemical Engineer
 Excellent communication skill verbal and written to interact with clients.
 Car Driving and valid Indian licence.
 Minimum 2 or 3 years working experience in gas Industries
